No. Every workspace starts on Free and stays there until an admin upgrades it. Free does not expire.
One request to the agent: drafting a flow from a description, proposing a change, or fixing a finding. Previews you discard still count. Undo, redo, and anything you do by hand never do.
A share link points at a copy of the flow, held by us, so the link stays short and previews properly when you paste it into chat. The copy is frozen when you share it: later edits to your flow leave the link as it was. Password-protected links are encrypted in your browser before the link exists, so we hold only ciphertext and never receive the password — we cannot read your password-protected flows.
You keep everything. Flows export as clean, readable JSON at any time, on any plan. Free narrows three things: 25 agent generations per seat a month instead of 150, the last 7 days of history instead of 90, and no password-protected links. Export anything older than 7 days before you downgrade.
